Reliance Jio Offers Free Unlimited Data on its 9th Anniversary

Summary:
Reliance Jio has launched a special free unlimited data offer to celebrate its 9th anniversary, in which subscribers have been given additional benefits based on their existing plans. Users with plan of Rs 349 and above will receive one month of unlimited data with a valid bundle entertainment application subscription from 5 September to 5 October 2025. This initiative strengthens Jio’s position as not only customer loyalty but also as India’s leading telecom operator.

Reliance Jio announced that the benefits of the anniversary have been designed to thank their 500 million-plus customers who have made it the biggest telecom player in the country. Akash Ambani said that the milestone reflects the deep integration of the company in India’s digital lifestyle. Currently, unlimited 5G data is available to 5G smartphone users on above Rs 349 plan, but this anniversary plan expands access to user segments.

As part of the celebration, Jio is offering unlimited free weekend data from 5 to 7 September for all 5G smartphone users, regardless of their planned cost. For 4G users, a particular add-on allows unlimited weekend data, with a 3 GB daily high-speed cap for ₹39. In addition, loyal customers who complete 12th recharge of Rs 349 or above will get free of the 13th month, making it one of the most awarded proposals in the prepaid market.

With these proposals, Reliance Jio is strengthening its leadership not only by pushing 5G adoption but also by increasing the price for 4G and broadband users. Anniversary Freebies highlights the company’s strategy to strengthen the customer’s loyalty and run deep engagement in digital services, entertainment and connectivity.
