In a groundbreaking move, Maharashtra has signed a Letter of Intent (LoI) with Starlink, marking India’s first-ever state-level partnership with the satellite internet company. The agreement, signed by Lauren Dreyer, Vice President of Starlink, and Virendra Singh, IAS, Secretary, Department of Information Technology, Government of Maharashtra, was witnessed by Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis
