Reliance Jio Brain Is Here

Reliance Jio, India’s leading telecom operator, has introduced an innovative AI (artificial intelligence) platform named ‘Jio Brain’. Developed over two years by hundreds of engineers at Jio Platforms, the platform aims to integrate machine learning capabilities seamlessly into various environments, including the telco network, enterprise network, or any industry-specific IT setup, without necessitating network or IT transformation.

Aayush Bhatnagar, Senior Vice President at Reliance Jio, elaborated on Jio Brain’s functionalities in a post, highlighting its ability to offer over 500 REST APIs and Data APIs for creating machine learning (ML) enabled services. The platform caters to enterprises by providing tailored enterprise and large-scale LLM (large language model) capabilities. Additionally, Jio Brain offers advanced AI features for images, documents, texts, videos, speech, and in-built AI algorithms, available ‘as a service’ for customers.

Bhatnagar emphasized that Jio Brain is instrumental in creating new 5G services, transforming enterprises, optimizing networks, and laying the groundwork for 6G development, where machine learning plays a pivotal role. He expressed Jio’s openness to collaborating with like-minded AI and ML (machine learning) researchers to enhance value and scale within the Jio Brain innovation ecosystem.

Jio Brain facilitates various innovative services, including Training as a Service, Feature Engineering as a Service, Hyperparameter Tuning as a Service, ML Chaining as a Service, Text to Text Transition Service, LLM as a Service, Speech to Speech Translation Service, Speech to Text Translation Service, Text to Speech Translation Service, Text to Image as a Service, Code Generation as a Service, Bring Your Own Model as a Service, among others.
