ESDS Unveils Indigenous Sovereign AI Cloud Platform for India

ESDS Software Solution has launched Swaraj Cloud, a sovereign AI cloud platform that is fully developed, hosted, and operated within India. Designed to ensure complete data residency while reducing dependence on foreign infrastructure, the platform is intended to meet the regulatory and compliance needs of sectors such as banking, government, healthcare, and public services. ESDS manages the entire underlying infrastructure, including servers, storage, and networking, through its data centres in Nashik, Mumbai, Bengaluru, and Mohali, which also offer colocation services. 

ESDS Software Solution has introduced Swaraj Cloud, a sovereign artificial intelligence (AI) cloud platform developed and hosted entirely within India. Positioned as an autonomous AI-powered sovereign cloud, the platform operates exclusively through domestic data centres, ensuring complete data residency in India while significantly reducing reliance on overseas infrastructure.

The solution has been built to address regulatory and compliance requirements for organisations across sectors such as banking, government, healthcare, and other public services by providing secure infrastructure-level capabilities.

Currently, ESDS owns and manages the entire underlying infrastructure supporting Swaraj Cloud, including its servers, storage systems, and networking equipment. The platform operates through the company’s four data centres located in Nashik, Mumbai, Bengaluru, and Mohali, which also provide colocation services.
