Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) is offering free fiber broadband for a month under the Monsoon Dhamaka 2025 proposal till September 30, 2025. New customers get additional bill exemption for three months, based on their chosen plan. 

Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) has launched a limited time Monsoon Dhamaka offer, providing free service for a month of installation to the new fiber broadband customers. Available by 30 September, 2025, the proposal is aimed at running fresh sign-ups and expanding the high-value customer base of BSNL. The telco operated in the state, which currently has the third largest domestic broadband provider in India, has a Pan-India fiber availability and is to compete with private players like Reliance Jio and Bharti Airtel to compete aggressively. 

BSNL Monsoon Dhamaka 2025 Offer Details 

  • Free Broadband Month: The entire calendar month in which the connection is established will be free. 
  • More Discounts: 
  1. ₹449 Plan – ₹50 off per month for the next 3 months. 
  1. ₹499 Plan – ₹100 off per month for the next 3 months. 

This means that customers not only enjoy a free first month, but also continue to save in the following quarter, reducing the effective cost of adoption. 

Why BSNL is Offering This Deal 

BSNL’s strategy is clear, use attractive entry pricing to encourage more users to switch to their fiber broadband, then maintain them with quality service and competitive tariffs.
