Airtel 5G Plus My-wifi Portable Router Now Available for Purchase

Airtel has quietly introduced the Airtel 5G Plus My-wifi portable router on Flipkart, appearing on the platform a few days ago following its listing a month earlier. The device resembles the Airtel 4G Hotspot but is equipped with a small screen displaying 5G signal strength, date and time, battery status, the number of connected devices, and data consumption.

Identified by the model MF501, the product is stated to be manufactured in China and is accompanied by a SIM Removal Pin and a Type C USB Cable in the package. The device features a power button and a SIM slot on the top, with the USB Type-C port located at the bottom. The listing suggests a maximum speed of up to 150 Mbps, slightly lower than mobile phones’ capabilities. Additionally, it claims to support expandable memory, stating 512MB, but it is likely intended to be 512GB.

As for the pricing and availability, the Airtel 5G Plus My-wifi router is currently offered in black color on Flipkart at a special price of Rs. 22,999, with the MRP listed at Rs. 29,990. The product comes with a 6-month warranty.
