Jio iActivate Service- Now Activate SIM Cards with Ease

Reliance Jio has launched its iActivate service, offering customers the convenience of activating their SIM cards without needing assistance from a Jio executive. With iActivate, users can activate their SIMs anywhere, anytime, through a few simple steps. This adds to Jio’s existing free home delivery service for SIM cards, giving users even greater control over their experience. 

What is Reliance Jio iActivate Service? 

Reliance Jio’s iActivate service allows users to activate their SIM cards on the go. According to the company, “The iActivate process requires taking a live photo or video and uploading documents, which can be done easily through a mobile device.” 

For those who prefer not to use iActivate, there is the traditional option of ordering a SIM from Jio’s website for free home delivery. A Jio delivery agent will assist with the activation process upon delivery. Additionally, customers can contact Jio’s sales or customer care team to obtain a new SIM card.  

Jio offers the option to choose your phone number, including fancy numbers at an extra cost. If ordered online, the SIM is typically delivered the same day. However, the fancy number option is currently available only for Jio postpaid customers; prepaid users do not have access to this service online.  Reliance Jio’s 5G services are now available across most parts of the country, with coverage continuing to expand.
