What is TAFCOP  

The TAFCOP (Telecom Analytics for Fraud Management and Consumer Protection) module allows mobile subscribers to check the number of mobile connections registered under their name. It also enables them to report any connections that are either unnecessary or not authorized. 

How to Use the TAFCOP Portal 

To find out the number of connections issued in your name, simply enter your mobile number, captcha, and the OTP received on your phone. You can also use the portal to report any unnecessary or unauthorized mobile connections.

Benefits of the TAFCOP Portal 

  • Notification: Subscribers with more than nine connections in their name will receive an SMS alert. 
  • Guidance: Those with over nine connections can follow the necessary steps by clicking here. 
  • Status Check: Log in with your number and enter the “Ticket ID Ref No” in the ‘Request Status’ section to check your status.
