BSNL BiTV -BSNL is an independent, direct – to – Mobile (D2M) streaming service launched by BSNL in partnership with OTTPlay. Mobile users with BSNL SIM can stream more than 450 live TV channels with movies, web series and documentaries, without paying mobile data. 

What is BSNL BITV? 

The BSNL BiTV 450+ provides free streaming for Live TV channels, OTT shows, and films without BSNL mobile users, regardless of their plan type. Developed in collaboration with Ottplay, it acts like innovative service FM radio, but provides the smartphone directly video content – no data or recharge is required. 

Key Features of BiTV 

Available nationwide: BITV is introduced across India after pilot tests in Puducherry.  

Free for BSNL SIM users: Non-Detta also works on voice-level schemes such as Rese 99 recharge schemes. 

No internet or data required: FM uses direct-to-mobile broadcast (D2M) technology for radio, which enables offline-style access without consuming mobile data. 

How to Activate BiTV 

– Go to FMS Registration Portal 

– Select your state and BITV provider (Ottplay) 

– Enter your registered mobile number (BSNL SIM) 

– Verify through OTP 

– Download the Ottplay app and log in using the same BSNL number to stream the content immediately
