IMC 2025 to Focus on 5G, 6G, and Digital Inclusion for All Indians

Summary:
The upcoming India Mobile Congress (IMC) 2025, scheduled for October 8-11 in New Delhi, will focus on advancing 5G and 6G technologies at the same time as also prioritizing their role in virtual inclusion. The event’s subject, “Innovate to Transform,” emphasizes how these advanced technologies can benefit all sections of society, which includes farmers, college students, and Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). Union Telecom Minister Jyotiraditya Scindia announced the launch of an AI-powered app for the event, that’s expected to attract 1.5 lakh contributors from 115 nations.

Union Telecom Minister Jyotiraditya Scindia has made it clear that India Mobile Congress (IMC) is not only about showing state-of-the-art techniques like 5G and 6G, but also about their real-world application in connecting communities and increasing digital inclusion. While this program will discuss advanced topics like AI, IoT, and M2M, its main objective is to find out how technology can be used to strengthen the sections of the society, which are often left behind in the digital revolution, such as farmers, school children and MSMEs. This dual focus on both technological innovation and social influence is a central theme of IMC 2025, which aims to move India to become a self -sufficient and digitally converted nation by 2047.

The minister unveiled a new AI-Investigated India Mobile Congress 2025 app to increase the experience of 1.5 lakh participants expected for 1.5 lakh participants from 115 nations. This app includes features such as AI-powered individual recommendations (IMC tips), a co-pilot chatbot for immediate assistance and tools for real-time networking and live-streaming of sessions. Taking advantage of AI within the app itself, the IMC is demonstrating its commitment to its theme, “Innovate to Transform” and providing an interactive platform that fulfills a diverse audience from students to global CEOs. 30 Central Government Ministries participation underlined the government’s vested selfishness in using the event as a platform for national development and colleague policy-making.

IMC 2025, which will be held in Yashobhoomi in New Delhi, will demonstrate more than 1,000 sophisticated use cases in various technologies. The program will include discussions and demonstrations on topics including AI, IoT, Cyber Security, Semiconductor and Green Technology. To focus on matters of practical use rather than only theoretical concepts, it is important to show how these technologies can solve real-world problems and create new opportunities. The event aims to be a center for global cooperation, bringing industry leaders, policy makers, investors and startups together to simultaneously co-create that will shape India’s digital future.
