HCLTech and Tecnotree Collaborate to Develop 5G-Driven GenAI Solutions for Telcos

Businesses worldwide are leveraging AI and generative AI (GenAI) to streamline tasks and processes. GenAI can reduce costs and learn continuously to assist with queries and other tasks. In a significant development, HCLTech, a major tech company, announced a partnership with Tecnotree, a leader in telecom business support systems (BSS), to develop 5G-led GenAI solutions for telecom operators globally. 

HCLTech brings deep expertise in AI-driven digital transformation, while Tecnotree specializes in 5G and AI-led BSS platform capabilities. Together, they aim to deliver GenAI-powered solutions for telecom operators, unlocking new opportunities and fostering innovation and growth. The solutions will focus on hyper-personalization, as noted in a joint release from the companies.
