Vodafone Idea WiFi Calling Service Availability List

Vodafone Idea WiFi Calling Service Availability List

Vodafone Idea’s Wi-Fi calling services are currently available in 17 circles, according to the company’s website, with no updates made in the past year. Wi-Fi calling is especially useful in areas with weak indoor coverage. However, unlike its competitors Jio and Airtel, which have rolled out Wi-Fi calling across nearly all telecom circles, Vodafone Idea has not aggressively expanded this service nationwide.

The circles where Vodafone Idea offers Wi-Fi calling include: Delhi, Kolkata, Gujarat, Rajasthan, UP East, UP West, Punjab, Maharashtra & Goa, Mumbai, Haryana, West Bengal, Kerala, Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, Bihar, and Andhra Pradesh & Telangana.

This service is accessible to both prepaid and postpaid customers without needing an additional app, as long as the device supports Wi-Fi calling. Most modern smartphones have this feature, which can be enabled through the device settings. With a strong Wi-Fi connection, users can enjoy excellent voice call quality even in areas with poor network coverage, at no extra charge. Unlimited calls remain unlimited, and standard charges apply if on a talktime plan. It will be interesting to see if Vodafone Idea expands Wi-Fi calling to more circles in the future.
