Reliance Jio, India’s largest telecom operator, has recently increased the prices of its plans. The value plans saw a hike in price too. The famous Rs 395 and Rs 1559 plans from Jio with unlimited 5G exist no more. However, a more evolved offering is available at a hiked price. Today, we will check out Reliance Jio’s value plans after tariff hikes. These plans cost Rs 189, Rs 479, and Rs 1899. The Rs 185 plan used to cost Rs 155 before the tariff hike. In a similar way, the Rs 479 and Rs 1899 plans used to cost Rs 395 and Rs 1559. Let’s go through their benefits. 

Reliance Jio Rs 189 Plan 

Reliance Jio’s Rs 189 plan comes with 28 days of service validity, unlimited voice calling, 2GB of data 300 SMS with JioTV, JioCinema, and JioCloud. The benefits have not changed, just the price has gone up. 

Reliance Jio Rs 479 Plan 

This is the cheapest 84-day service validity plan from Jio. The Rs 479 plan from Reliance Jio comes with 84 days of service validity, unlimited voice calling, 6GB of data, and 1000 SMS. There’s no unlimited 5G like you got with the Rs 395 plan. The additional benefits are JioTV, JioCinema, and JioCloud. 

Reliance Jio Rs 1899 Plan 

Reliance Jio’s Rs 1899 plan comes with 336 days of service validity. This about 11 months of validity. The users get unlimited voice calling, 3600 SMS, and 24GB of data with this plan. The additional benefits are JioTV, JioCinema, and JioCloud. 

Note that with every plan, the speed reduces to 64 Kbps after the FUP (fair usage policy) data is consumed. Jio offers these plans to users across India. They are good for users who just want calling benefit primarily and want to keep their SIM active at a lower cost. For data, whenever the FUP data is exchaused, users also have the option to recharge with 4G and 5G data vouchers.
