The offer is part of a partnership between Airtel and Google aimed at providing added value to customers.

What is Google One?

Google One is a subscription-based cloud storage service offered by Google, with plans starting at ₹130 per month. Under this offer, Airtel users will receive the 100GB base plan for free for the first six months, which normally costs ₹130/month.

Key Details of the Offer

  • Eligibility: Only Airtel postpaid and Wi-Fi customers are eligible.
  • Platforms: The offer is available for both iOS and Android users.
  • Storage Offered: 100GB of cloud storage under the Google One base plan.
  • Duration: Free for the first six months.
  • Post-offer Price: After six months, users will be charged ₹125/month (₹5 discount from the standard ₹130 price).

How to Claim the Offer:

Eligible users can activate the subscription through the Airtel Thanks app. Once activated, they can enjoy 100GB of storage, which can also be shared with family members. The subscription also enables secure phone data backups.

Summary

This partnership allows Airtel users to experience the benefits of cloud storage at no initial cost, while also offering a slight discount for continued usage post the free period. It’s a strategic move to boost customer retention and add value for high-end users on Airtel’s postpaid and broadband platforms.
