Bharti Airtel has introduced a new international roaming (IR) pack priced at ₹798 for prepaid users, offering connectivity across 189 countries. This follows the company’s recent launch of India’s first unlimited IR plan, further expanding its global mobility offerings.
What the ₹798 IR Pack Offers
The newly launched ₹798 prepaid international roaming pack is valid for 5 days and includes:
- 2GB of data
- 150 minutes of outgoing and incoming calls (local and to India)
- Free incoming SMS
- 20 outgoing SMS
International calls while roaming are charged at ₹45 per minute during pack validity.
Charges After Pack Limits
Once the pack’s benefits are exhausted:
- Calls: ₹10 per minute
- SMS: ₹5 per message
- Data: Blocked post 2GB unless topped up with an additional data pack
Top-up data packs remain valid for the remainder of the original IR pack’s validity period.
