Borussia Dortmund Announces Vodafone as New Main Shirt Sponsor

Beginning with the 2025/2026 season, Bundesliga club Borussia Dortmund (BVB) will enter into a major new partnership with Vodafone Group companies, including Vodafone Deutschland GmbH, which will become the exclusive main shirt sponsor across all national and international competitions. 

This partnership goes far beyond traditional sponsorship. BVB and Vodafone plan to launch a joint technology and innovation initiative, aiming to create cutting-edge digital experiences for fans and Vodafone customers alike. The agreement is set to run at least until June 30, 2030. 

Borussia Dortmund extended its gratitude to current shirt sponsors Evonik Industries AG and 1&1 AG, whose contracts will conclude at the end of the 2024/2025 season, for their long-standing and successful collaboration. 

As part of the transition, Evonik will continue its relationship with the club as a Champion Partner until June 30, 2030. After more than two decades of partnership, the focus will now shift to key areas such as sustainability, health, and global outreach.
