Bharti Airtel has unveiled a strategic alliance with Microsoft, bringing calling services through Microsoft Teams to Indian organizations via integration with Airtel IQ. The collaboration, under the banner ‘Airtel IQ for Microsoft Teams,’ empowers enterprises with the ability to connect with customers across India through fixed-line internet, significantly elevating their communication capabilities. 

Revolutionizing Business Communication 

This pioneering service by Airtel will empower enterprises to seamlessly make and receive calls from external users directly within the Teams platform, simplifying communication and collaboration within their workflow. Airtel IQ expressed enthusiasm about the partnership, stating, ‘We are thrilled to join forces with Microsoft to introduce an agile, versatile, and innovative solution that addresses one of the most significant challenges currently faced by Indian enterprises.
