Vodafone Idea Collaborates with Job Hai to Enhance Job Search Experience on Vi App 

Vodafone Idea (Vi) has entered into a collaboration with Job Hai, a blue-collar recruitment platform under Info Edge (India), to integrate Job Hai into Vi Jobs and Education on the Vi App. This integration aims to enhance job seekers’ access to opportunities, particularly for the youth. Job Hai currently features numerous vacancies from tier 1 and tier 2 cities across India. The integration with Vi App is expected to provide candidates with early access to newly listed jobs, increased visibility to potential employers, and access to a broader range of recruiters. 

As part of this partnership, job seekers will be able to schedule interviews with employers within just 2 days of applying for a job. The collaboration also facilitates direct communication between candidates and recruiters to streamline the interview process. Roushan Bharti, Business Head of Job Hai, expressed optimism about the collaboration, emphasizing their commitment to offering the best opportunities for blue-collar workers across India. The partnership aims to empower individuals in finding suitable employment opportunities while leveraging the combined resources and networks of both platforms. 

Vi users can benefit from exclusive advantages through this collaboration, including 30 minutes of early access to newly listed jobs for eligible candidates, double visibility to recruiters, quick scheduling of interviews within 2 days, real-time tracking of job application status, and direct communication with recruiters to initiate the interview process. 

Job Hai encompasses a wide range of job profiles under 45 categories across more than 50 cities, catering to roles such as Telecaller, Sales, Business Development, Back Office, Graphic Designer, Delivery, and Security Guard. The platform is available in 10 vernacular languages, allowing Vi prepaid users to explore job opportunities in their preferred city and locality through the integrated Vi App. Moreover, Job Hai has thousands of job listings dedicated to the women workforce, providing additional opportunities for Vi users.
