Know About Jio 5G Upgrade Vouchers Starting at ₹51 Reliance Jio 5G Recharge Plans

Reliance Jio has introduced new 5G upgrade vouchers aimed at customers using 1.5GB daily data plans who wish to experience 5G connectivity. Notably, both Jio and Airtel no longer offer 5G access with their 1.5GB daily data plans. Instead, users need to subscribe to plans with at least 2GB of daily data to enjoy 5G services. To bridge this gap, Jio now offers three upgrade vouchers starting at just ₹51, enabling users with active service validity to experience 5G on top of their existing plans.

Details of Jio’s 5G Upgrade Vouchers

1. ₹51 Voucher

   – Benefits: Includes 2GB of FUP (fair usage policy) data and unlimited 5G.

   – Eligibility: Can be used with 1.5GB daily data plans having a validity of up to one month.

   – Limitations: Not applicable to plans with longer validity, such as 84-day packs.

2. ₹101 Voucher

   – Benefits: Offers 6GB of FUP data alongside unlimited 5G.

   – Eligibility: Usable with 1GB and 1.5GB daily data plans with a base validity of 1-2 months.

3. ₹151 Voucher

   – Benefits: Comes with 9GB of FUP data and unlimited 5G.

   – Eligibility: Designed for 1.5GB daily data plans with a validity between 2-3 months.

Important Details

Speed Post FUP: After consuming the allotted FUP (4G) data, speeds drop to 64 Kbps.

Unlimited 5G: Unlike 4G data, the 5G data provided through these vouchers is unlimited, with no caps set by Jio.

These vouchers are a cost-effective way for users to upgrade their internet experience to 5G without needing to switch to higher-priced base plans.
