Elon Musk’s SpaceX successfully launched the Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO)’s advanced communication satellite, GSAT-N2, from the Canaveral Space Force Station in Florida on Tuesday. The satellite was deployed using SpaceX’s Falcon 9 rocket, marking the beginning of a promising commercial partnership between ISRO and SpaceX.

Radhakrishnan Durairaj, Chairman and Managing Director of New Space India Limited (NSIL), ISRO’s commercial arm, confirmed that the GSAT-N2, also known as GSAT-20, has been precisely placed in its designated orbit.
