BSNL Rs 1515 Yearly Plan Details Here

PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS PLAN HAS BEEN DISCONTINUED BY BSNL

Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL), a state-run telecom operator, is now providing one of the most affordable 2GB daily data plans in the country. While BSNL is still expanding its 4G network, it aims to reach the milestone of 1 lakh 4G towers by June 2025. Following tariff hikes by private operators like Reliance Jio, Bharti Airtel, and Vodafone Idea (Vi), BSNL has emerged as the most budget-friendly option for data users. Let’s take a closer look at its Rs 1515 data plan.

BSNL Rs 1515 Prepaid Data Plan

The BSNL Rs 1515 plan offers 2GB of daily data with a validity of 365 days. However, it is important to note that this plan is a data voucher, meaning it does not include unlimited voice calling, SMS benefits, or service validity. This makes it an excellent choice for users who have already recharged with a long-term BSNL plan and need additional data at an effective cost of just Rs 4.15 per day.

This is BSNL’s most expensive data voucher. The next most costly data voucher is priced at Rs 411, offering 2GB of daily data for 90 days. Another option is the Rs 198 plan, which comes with 40 days of validity and provides the same 2GB daily data benefit. For all these vouchers, internet speeds reduce to 40 Kbps after consuming the daily Fair Usage Policy (FUP) limit.

Important Considerations

All BSNL data vouchers require an active base prepaid plan since they do not carry standalone service validity. Users must ensure they have an active recharge plan to use these data packs. BSNL also offers several other affordable data vouchers, which can be explored on its official website or mobile app.
