Airtel’s 5G Network Now Covers All 22 Districts in Jammu and Kashmir

Bharti Airtel has proudly declared the availability of its 5G service across all 22 districts of Jammu and Kashmir, accomplishing this feat within a mere year since the initial 5G launch. Impressively, Airtel has attracted over 0.9 million unique 5G customers onto its network in the state. The journey began in December 2022 when Airtel first introduced 5G services in Jammu and Srinagar, followed by subsequent expansions into other cities. Airtel holds the distinction of being the very first service provider to bring 5G services to the breathtaking valley, and now, it has achieved this significant milestone.

Airtel’s 5G Plus initiative in Jammu and Kashmir has traversed diverse landscapes, connecting not only the stunning Dal Lake and the picturesque Kashmir valleys but also the remote villages of Ladakh and the Nubra Valley’s sand dunes. Furthermore, Airtel proudly boasts of extending its 5G services even to the remote villages along the national borders, thus making Airtel’s 5G network accessible in every district of Jammu and Kashmir.

Bharti Airtel expressed its excitement, stating, “We were the pioneers in deploying high-speed 5G technology in the state, and today we take pride in playing a pivotal role in enhancing the lives of our customers. We extend our heartfelt thanks to all 0.9 million customers for embracing Airtel 5G Plus network. We continue to set the industry benchmark with our exceptional growth in 5G customers, with a commitment to cutting-edge 5G technology and ensuring customer satisfaction. Our 5G network covers the widest expanse in the state, delivering the fastest and most reliable connectivity, encompassing all 22 districts.”
