The collaboration seeks to leverage AI-powered solutions to enhance the in-home Wi-Fi experience for ACT Fibernet’s extensive user base, comprising over two million connected households. The primary goal is to reduce customer issue resolution time while improving network performance.
AI-Powered Wi-Fi Optimization
Aprecomm’s AI Engine will empower ACT Fibernet to transform household connections into AI-enabled Smart Wi-Fi access points. This transformation will enable proactive monitoring and real-time insights, leading to enhanced network reliability and performance.
