Airtel Brings Perplexity AI to its Customers 

One of the major telecom operators of India, Bharti Airtel has a significant partnership with 360 million users to offer free 12-month membership for Perplexity Pro for their entire customer base, AI-operated search and a significant partnership with the North Engine. Perplexity distinguishes itself from traditional discovery engines by distributing well-researched, easy-to-understand, and conventional reactions in real time, effectively moving beyond the link listing for direct answers. 

The Perplexity Pro version, which is now accessible to Airtel customers, claims advanced features designed to increase productivity and research capabilities. These include state -of -the -art AI models such as GPT -4.1 and direct access to cloud, which allows for more fine and sophisticated interactions. Users can take advantage of deep research functionality, upload and analyze various file types, generate images, and detect perplexity labs – a dedicated toolset for creative thoughts and use with AI. This partnership is a historical phenomenon, as it represents the opening cooperation of perplexity with the Indian telecom operator, highlighting India’s growing importance in the global AI landscape. Airtel customers can easily activate this special offer through the Airtel Thanks app, which can easily get advanced AI available on their fingers.
