Reliance Jio 1 Year Recharge Plans in Detail

Reliance Jio 1 Year Recharge Plans in Detail

Reliance Jio, India’s largest telecom operator, became the first to announce tariff hikes following the 2024 Spectrum Auction. The revised tariffs, effective from July 2024, affect both prepaid and postpaid plans. Despite these changes, Jio continues to offer a variety of recharge options to its massive user base, which stood at over 476 million wireless subscribers as of June 2024, according to TRAI. Here’s a breakdown of the key prepaid plans with nearly 1-year validity (365 days or close) offered by Reliance Jio

Jio Rs 3,999 Prepaid Plan

Jio’s Rs 3,999 plan is the most expensive among its current offerings. It provides unlimited voice calls, 100 SMS per day, and 2.5GB of data per day, adding up to a total of 912.5GB over 365 days. After the high-speed data limit is exhausted, users can still access unlimited data at 64 Kbps. The plan also comes with OTT subscription benefits like FanCode through the JioTV Mobile App, along with access to other Jio Apps such as JioTV, JioCinema (non-premium), and JioCloud. Additionally, unlimited 5G data is included.

Jio Rs 3,599 Prepaid Plan

The Rs 3,599 prepaid plan is one of Jio’s popular options. It offers the same benefits as the Rs 3,999 plan, including unlimited voice calls, 100 SMS per day, and 2.5GB of data per day (totaling 912.5GB) over 365 days, with post-limit data speed reduced to 64 Kbps. Users also get access to Jio Apps like JioTV, JioCinema (non-premium), and JioCloud, along with unlimited 5G data. Jio highlights the plan’s effective cost as Rs 276 per month.

Jio Rs 1,899 Value Prepaid Plan

Though not a full-year plan, Jio’s Rs 1,899 prepaid option offers 336 days of validity. The plan includes unlimited voice calls, 3,600 SMS, and 24GB of data. Once the data limit is reached, unlimited browsing is available at 64 Kbps. Additional benefits include access to JioTV, JioCinema (non-premium), and JioCloud. Jio positions this as an affordable pack.

JioBharat Phone Rs 1,234 Prepaid Plan

For JioBharat Phone users, the Rs 1,234 plan offers 336 days of service, with unlimited voice calls, 300 SMS for every 28 days, and 0.5GB of data per day. Post data limit, browsing continues at 64 Kbps. Subscription to Jio Apps like JioTV, JioCinema (non-premium), and JioSaavn is also included.

JioPhone Rs 895 Prepaid Plan

The most affordable option in this lineup is the Rs 895 plan for JioPhone and JioPhone Prima users, offering 336 days of validity. It includes unlimited voice calls, 50 SMS for every 28 days, and 2GB of data per 28-day cycle. After reaching the data cap, users can access unlimited data at 64 Kbps.
