Tripura Flood News Airtel Offers Free Data for 4 Days

Bharti Airtel, India’s second-largest telecom operator, has announced free data and calling services for customers in the Northeastern states affected by excessive rainfall, including Tripura, Mizoram, Manipur, and Meghalaya. In a show of support, Airtel is providing special benefits to both prepaid and postpaid customers in these regions.

Bharti Airtel’s Assistance for Northeast Customers

Airtel is offering prepaid customers 1.5GB of free mobile data per day along with unlimited calling for four days, specifically for those whose validity has expired and are unable to recharge. This initiative ensures that customers remain connected with authorities and loved ones during this critical time.

For postpaid users, Airtel is extending their bill payment deadlines by 30 days to guarantee uninterrupted mobile service access. Additionally, Airtel has implemented Intra-Circle Roaming (ICR) in Tripura, allowing customers from other networks to use Airtel’s services seamlessly, ensuring continuous connectivity for all.
