Vodafone Idea Prepaid Plan: 60 Days Validity with Lumpsum Data

Vodafone Idea Prepaid Plan 60 Days Validity with Lumpsum Data

Vodafone Idea offers a prepaid plan priced at Rs 625 with a service validity of 60 days. The Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI) had mandated telcos to provide plans with validities of 30, 60, and 90 days, addressing consumer frustration over 28, 56, and 84-day plans. Vodafone Idea has been offering this 60-day service validity plan with lumpsum data for some time. Given the recent price hikes in prepaid plans by the company, it is worth revisiting this plan.

Plan Details

Price: Rs 625

Validity: 60 days

Data: 50GB lumpsum data

Voice Calling: Unlimited

SMS: 100 SMS/day

OTT Benefits: None

Vi Hero Unlimited Benefits: None

This plan is relatively expensive due to the lack of OTT and Vi Hero Unlimited benefits. The primary advantage is the lumpsum data, allowing users to consume up to 50GB at high speed in a single day or spread it out over the 60-day period as per their needs. However, since the plan offers a total of 50GB, it equates to less than 1GB per day, requiring careful usage. If you exhaust the 50GB before the plan’s validity ends, you can purchase data vouchers to continue using high-speed data.
