BSNL Launches Official WhatsApp Chatbot to Streamlining Customer Services 

In a strategic move to elevate customer experience, Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) has formally introduced its WhatsApp Chatbot service, offering users a seamless and convenient channel to access various BharatFibre services. As previously reported by TelecomTalk, BSNL had already enhanced its Selfcare app in a prior consumer experience initiative, providing improved services through the application. 

To engage with the BSNL Official WhatsApp Chatbot, users can simply initiate a chat by typing ‘Hi’ and sending it to 18004444. BSNL has outlined key features of the WhatsApp Chatbot to enhance user experience: 

1. Book New Fiber Connection: 

Customers can effortlessly request and book a new BSNL fibre connection through the WhatsApp Chatbot. 

2. Pay Bills Online: 

Users can conveniently pay bills, including landline and FTTH bills, using the secure online payment feature. 

3. View Bill Details: 

Access and review bills, invoices, and usage details. Users can download PDF invoices for their records. 

4. Transaction History: 

Keep track of transactions with a detailed transaction history feature. 

5. Lodge Complaints: 

Customers can report issues or concerns by booking a complaint directly through the Chatbot. 

6. Check Complaint Status: 

Stay informed about the status of lodged complaints, ensuring timely resolution. 

7. Plan Change: 

Explore and request changes to existing plans through the Plan Change feature. BSNL states that users can use this feature to modify their existing plan through the Chatbot service. 

BSNL’s objective is to streamline customer interactions by providing a user-friendly platform aligned with the evolving communication preferences of its users. With the WhatsApp Chatbot, accessing and managing BSNL services is now a simple message away. BSNL encourages users to experience this convenience by starting a chat with the Official WhatsApp Chatbot at 18004444, emphasizing its role as a virtual assistant for Bharat Fibre customers.
