BSNL’s Upgrade from Copper to Fiber Services in Erode, Tamil Nadu 

BSNL, the telecom giant, has urged its copper-based landline and broadband subscribers in Erode, Tamil Nadu, to make the switch to their upgraded services. In an official statement, the General Manager of BSNL Erode emphasized their commitment to delivering reliable voice and data services to customers. To achieve this, BSNL is partnering with channel associates to provide the same landline number through advanced fiber technology, ensuring high-speed internet data services reaching up to 300 Mbps for both homes and businesses. 

Furthermore, BSNL Erode has embarked on an extensive project to enhance its mobile network capabilities. The telecom provider has initiated the transformation of all current towers within the Erode Telecom District from 2G/3G to 4G. This process includes the upgrade of 324 existing towers, as well as the installation of additional ones in regions with limited network coverage. These comprehensive efforts aim to deliver superior telecommunications services to the residents of Erode.
