As stated by the organisations, the agreement centres on cooperation in areas such as telecom services and the development of digital infrastructure. Gupta further noted that stronger collaboration among infrastructure-focused organisations can create new avenues for improving operational efficiency and speeding up development. According to him, alliances of this nature are essential for building resilient and future-ready networks capable of supporting the country’s expanding digital landscape.

RailTel’s Chairman and Managing Director, Shri Sanjai Kumar, remarked that the company continues to focus on reinforcing India’s digital backbone through secure and reliable communication networks. He added that partnering with GAIL will allow both entities to pool their expertise and resources to advance telecom infrastructure development.
